健康運動 Healthy Moves Exercise

Exercise is an effective way to improve health and delay age related degenerations.  Modern life style provide us more time to sit and rest.  During the all day work with computer, our muscles and joints are getting stiff.  Without proper exercise, our joint will degenerate and our energy level will be lowered.

Correct concepts and techniques of exercise are important.  They can improve our muscle flexibility, muscle strength, bone desity, balance……., most importantly, they improve our general well beings.

People with regular exercise, look younger , smarter and more energetic.  Research also proven that exercises are effective in reducing the rate of having aged related illness like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes etc.

Different forms of exercise have different effects on our bodies, we need to choose carefully.  With doubt, always consult your physican or physiotherapist.

退化衰老乃自然現象。現代醫學科技發達,人們平均的壽命都延長了,我們就更應及早愛惜身體,適當”保養”我們的關節,以減少關節勞損及疼痛的困擾!

適當的運動是每個人必須的,莫想着繁重的工作或家務已是對身體的運動。其實,工作及家務或多或少對關節有着壓力,但又未能針對性地強化肌肉,久而久之則形成肌力不平衡,影响我們的活動姿勢而引致關節勞損。

所以經常運動的人,身體比較健康,而且運動令人感覺較舒適,樂觀,自我形像更堅強及降低焦慮。
